We’ll organise a place for you to call home and to share your
adventures with new friends. We provide staff accommodation on a
shared basis, and the specific arrangements differ from resort to
resort.

Your meals
are served in our staff canteens and include a mixture of local
cuisine and the occasional treat to keep you going all season
long. (Please note that certain resorts have different
arrangements)

Insurance, visa & work permits
Our
company insurance, including emergency medical, will cover UK
residents for their contract. We can also arrange any required
visa/work permits for UK passport holders.

We’ll develop your
skills and help you get to grips with your job role. You’ll receive
training, e-learning packages and all the additional support you
require.

Utilise your spare
time to take advantage of all the fantastic activities on offer
throughout your resort.
Chill time
Generally, you’ll enjoy one day
off per week, plus additional paid holiday over the summer. Explore
the local area or chill out on the beach.

Winter opportunities are limited, but
working back-to-back summers and winters are possible if you’ve got
the bug.

Eligibility & Availability
It’s a legal requirement that you must be aged 18 or
over to join our team. You’ll need a valid UK or EU
passport.
Ideally, we’re looking for full-season availability (April –
early November). We will consider candidates with shorter
availability dates, but operationally, those with a combination of
the best dates and qualifications will always take
preference.
